Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm Istanbul time. That's 6am–3pm in the UK, so late morning is usually best if you want to catch us fresh.

Reply within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. Attach any X-rays or dental notes you already have — it speeds up your quote.
